I am running a small franchise model computer center that provide tally certificate to students. I purchase these certificates from an education company ,. 1.In above case Can compny charge me gst during purchase of certificate.? ( it is charging) 2. Can I take ITC.? Please share your expert views.

In substance you appear to be using the brand name of the education company , the consideration for which is chargeable to GST. ITC would be available.
