14 September 2017 Dear Professional,

Hospital registered under GST and paying rent of Rs.1.75 lakhs per month to the under registered dealer, Can Hospital liable to pay GST under RCM????

15 September 2017 Yes if the landlord is unregistered and Hospital is registered under GST, then its the liability of the hospital to pay GST under RCM and for that Hospital will raise rent bill against the landlord.
