Our taxi operator is registered under GST and raised bill with 5% GST (2.5% CGST+ 2.5%SGST)
QUESTIONS
1 Can we take credit of GST paid by taxi open
2Do we need to pay GST under RCM, if yes can we take credit of GST paid under RCM

You can have ITC credit of GST paid. You can't pay GST under RCM for rent a cab services.
