31 July 2019 Rent paid is INR 40,000.00 p.m. Landlord is an individual and the tenant is a Charitable Trust. Whether GST is applicable on rent in this case? Whether TDS provisions under GST applicable here? Please suggest me the compliance w.r.t. Income Tax Act and GST Act for both the landlord and the tenant.
