I have gst registration, my commercial property is rented out for 3,80,000.00 per annum, what is the tax liability for me

But I m under the limit of RS 20,00000 per annum, still do I have to pay tax, I have rented the property to a bank, and they refuse to pay gst, in this scenario it will be loss for me

once you are registered you are liable to pay gst

But since the bank is refusing to pay gst that means the tax will be going out of my own pocket, please clarify
