Read in an article related to GST on Real estate that GST is 1% only for affordable housing in metro areas that are less than 90 SQM and 45L in cost, is it true

Yes, from 1 April, 2019, GST rate on Affordable Housing (A residential house/flat of carpet area of up to 90 sqm in non- metropolitan cities/towns and 60 sqm in metropolitan cities having value up to Rs. 45 lacs ) is 1% flat.
