20 December 2018 Sir, What do you mean by after completion certificate there will be no GST? Where do we get completion certificate from?

19 October 2021 Completion certificate is issued by municipality or town planning office, who had sanctioned the building plan.
It states that the work has been completed as per their requirement, and as such it is ready to occupy by inhabitants.
