09 August 2017 what will be the place of supply in case of service provided by radio station:Location of airing /broadcasting station or Location of advertising agency?Also is POS sec 12(11) applicable on the same?

10 August 2017 e.g. Radio mirchi broadcast advertisement of XYZ Pvt of Delhi at Surat station. Contract for the same was entered at Surat sales office i.e.Gujarat.now here what will be the POS? As per sec 12(11) (if applicable) will it be location of broadcasting i.e. Surat or default rule will be applicable i.e. add of recipient (Delhi) will be POS?
