08 June 2017 I AM A JOB WORKER, DOING JOB WORKING OF BOTH MANUFACTURER & TRADERS.
PREVIOUSLY JOB WORKER WERE EXEMPTED TO CHARGE TAX ON SERVICE PROVIDED TO MANUFACTURER.

PLS EXPLAIN ME THE CURRENT SCENARIO UNDER GST.
AM I LABLE TO CHARGE TAX OR NOT. ( BOTH TRADERS & MANUFACTURERS AND THE TAX RATE )

08 June 2017 You are not liable to tax for both provided,
a principal (registered person) may under intimation and subject to prescribed conditions, sends any inputs or capital goods to a job worker for job-work and from there subsequently, send to another job worker and likewise without payment of tax.

PLS EXPLAIN AM I LIABLE TO CHARGE GST ON SERVICE PROVIDED TO MANUFACTURER, AS PREVIOUSLY, WE WERE NOT LIABLE TO CHARGE SERVICE TAX ON SERVICE PROVIDED TO MANUFACTURER AND IF LIABLE AT WHAT RATE.
