If someone having registered under GST is running hotel having room rent arround 1000-2000 but total turnover during the year is less then 20 lacs during current financial year as well last 3 financial year is he liable to pay gst or he can cancel his gst registration ????

You can cancel your GST registration but then all GST paid on inputs will become part of your expenses

if turnover is less then 20 lacs then no need to registerd under gst irrelevant with amount charged for room

If turnover less than 20 lacs then no need for registration so GST will not be charged on room rent.
