GST On commission earned

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you have a GST registration for your firm, even if it's in a different state to where you reside, you may be liable to pay GST on commission income earned in your individual capacity. This is because GST is PAN-based, and any supplies made by a registered entity are generally covered under GST regulations. This applies even if the registered firm is a proprietorship.

Whether my client is liable to pay GST on this commission ?
