GST on branded and mon branded item

Dear sir/mam
Whether GST will attract for non registered brand i.e, brand which is not registered in trade mark registry.
If iam spelling my cerals which is packed and labelled my entity name could attract GST.
Kindly help me

The Ministry of Finance clarified that for the purposes of Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicability, an item will be deemed to be ‘branded’ if it carries a brand name or trade name that is registered under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Yes , this article dt 12 Sep 2017 . Finance Minister clarified definition of Branded Goods in Nov 2018 .
May be after all these confusions , FM had clarified the term branded goods
