Sir, Please tell me for export freight and insurance is taxable under gst in case of export.
if not please confirm which rules, notification or circular no. in details.

Place of supply provisions in case of transport depends upon various factors like (i) Location of service provider and service receiver (ii) Place of embarkment and (iii) place of delivery. Please provide these details to get a proper answer.
