Please suggest if GST number is cumpalsary to mention on invoice which we send to client.
Because we are basically service provider and difficult to do that...

06 July 2017 If you are a registered person in GST, it is mandatory for you to mention GST no on all invoices.

06 July 2017 If you have the GST no mention it ... it would be treated as Registered and if you do not have then the Service Recipient would be treated as Unregistered

06 July 2017 Yes, if you are passing on the credit, you have to mention his GST no. otherwise he will not be able to take credit.
