We have to sell old/used trucks. What will be the GST liability on sale of old/used trucks ?
Is it 18%

If a registered dealer sells a used motor vehicle, GST is applicable. The rate of GST applicable on the sale of used motor vehicles is 18%, irrespective of whether the buyer is a registered dealer or an end consumer.
