i have taken GST registration for goods (packaging Material) and total turnover under 10 lacs if i provide service of accounting and consulting ,what liabilities for GST against my above service

GST will apply when turnover of the business exceeds Rs 20lakhs (Limit is Rs 10lakhs for the North Eastern States). [Earlier the limit was Rs 10lakhs and Rs 5lakhs for NE states.]

Not satishfied with this answar, pl note I have GST registration for Business of Packing material but when I provide service as accountant or consultant than i will liable to collect and pay GST tax
