Can company claim ITC for the purchase of Tyres for car which was used by director of the company ?.
and also can company claim ITC on vehicle maintenance ( Servicing for car)?

In my view the credit is not available however as per tweets and advertisements by Govt the credit would be eligible

It is settled that the ITC on the vehicle maintenance shall not be available

Yes on vehicle maintenance it is not available but what about the purchase of accessories for car.
