GST input credit

For FY 2019-20, if input credit is not reflected in 2A, can it be availed on the basis of tax invoices that we are holding?

24 February 2021 This is debateable issue. However, in general you can take invoice if you holding tax invoice and your GST no. on that invoice. But now this is not eligible from F.Y 2020-21. for more contact at casonu.choudhary@rediffmail.com
