Dear sir,
i am a importer.
question - My transporter gives me a bill amt Rs. 9,50,000 but he does not charge GST. so how can i pass entry? and is there any type of GST liability

Yes on Reverse Charge basis you have to pay GST on Transport Charges and then claim Input
