Please confirm whether E invoice date has been extended to 31st Oct 2020? Our organisation has turnover more than 100crores but less than 500 crores...

In the GST council meeting held on 14.03.2020 it was recommended that the e-invoice implementation shall be extended to 01.10.2020.
The notification is yet to come.
