GST collection from customers

my Client is a registered GST dealer. but his annual turnover is less than 10 lakhs
should he collect GST from his customers?

Since he is a GST registered dealer he has to issue tax invoice and collect GST irrespective of turnover.

Once you are registered under GST, you have to comply with all the provisions of the Act.
