If purchased plastic tadpatri for agriculture purpose then can get claim? Agriculture land shown in books of accounts..

Cultivation of land for growing crops, vegetables, fruits etc is business as defined in section 2(17). Therefore, the tax suffered on purchase of plastic tadpatri appears to be in the course of business and can be claimed.
