12 May 2019 ABC MINING CORPORATION A PARTNERSHIP FIRM RUNS BUSNUSS IN THREE DIFFERENT STATES GOA, TN, AND MPsince mp plant is new hence there is no output supply from this plan only input for plant equipments purchases persist.In other hand goa and tamilnadu plant running well and output supply crosses prescribe limit for gst audit ...Qts) will mp plant also required to get audited under gst low ? If yes then why ?

13 May 2019 Yes, mp plant also required to get audited under gst law.
Rule 80(3) doesn’t use the word ‘turnover’ instead Rule 80(3) states ‘Every registered person whose aggregate turnover during a financial year exceeds two crore rupees shall get his accounts audited …’

As the word used is aggregate turnover and not turnover or turnover within the state, aggregate turnover of the assessee i.e. under a single PAN is to be considered for this purpose.
