Sir we are doing works contract a Pvt Ltd company, we have to sell a old road work machinery is GST applicable on sale of old machinery if applicable at what rate we have to pay gst kindly tell us

GST is applicable on sale of second hand goods. The rate of tax shall be same as rate applicable on new machinery. Value shall be the transaction value, i.e. price at which the old machinery is being sold.
