27 February 2023 Annual return under composite scheme could not file since FY 2019-20 where it demands Rs 10000 as late fee.

Is there any way to wave out or would it be compulsory to pay.

Pl advice whether in 49th GST council meeting Amnesty Scheme will relax something.

28 February 2023 Yes amnesty scheme is proposed for annual returns and final returns. Wait till it comes and then claim benefit if it provides otherwise late fees is applicable
