IT IS TOO EARLY. NOTHING CONCRETE HAS BEEN DONE ON THIS FRONT BY THE GOVT. AND THERE ARE SO MUCH NEEDS TO BE DONE.
FIRST OF ALL CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED, THEN THE BASIC CODE/ACT HAS TO BE DRAFTED THEN ALL THE STATES WILL ENACT THEIR OWN.
IT WILL TAKE TIME.
