ONE MORE QUERY IS..IS IT NECESSARY TO SIGN ON BALANCE SHEET ABSTRACT BY STATUTORY AUDITOR? IF SO WHY?

08 July 2010 Dont have the notification.
However this was added in Schedule VI vide that notifcation

+8[Loans from directors, 3[***] manager should be shown separately. Interest accrued ant due on Unsecured Loans should be included under the appropriate sub-heads under the head "Unsecured Loans".]

It is not necessary to sign on balance sheet abstract.
