I have cleared my Ca Final second group in May 2010..... upto what particular time i may have such kind of group exemption?????....

24 December 2011 Exemption is defferent than Clearing exam. Time limit is applicable only in case of exemption and not in case one clear/pass a group.

So there is no time limit applicable to u.
but u should try to clear group one as soon as possible to become professional.
