I have cleared my Ca Final second group in May 2010..... upto what particular time i may have such kind of group exemption?????....

Exemption is defferent than Clearing exam. Time limit is applicable only in case of exemption and not in case one clear/pass a group.
So there is no time limit applicable to u.
but u should try to clear group one as soon as possible to become professional.
