10 July 2012 I need Gross Profit Ratio of some particular type of Business Firms. Can we take Profit & Loss a/c & Balance Sheet from Income Tax department in certified manner or from internet ?

In case of private limited or limited companies, can we issue Profit & Loss a/c & Balance Sheet from Registrar of Companies or internet in any way ?

What is the procedure for issue from the department ?

10 July 2012 u can check out the balance sheet and P&L through ROC..
on MCA website by paying Rs. 50/- u can access any data filed by compoany....
Or u can search it on google....
