I AM WORKING FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS IN A FIRM. NOW I WANT TO RESIGN.WHAT IS THE STATUS OF GRATUITY. WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THAT IF YES WHAT IS THE CALCULATION METHOD.
