I worked in a company about 2 years only, and company paid Gratuity to LIC every year. Now i want to know that can i claim my gratuity amount as i worked only 2 years in organisation???
pls reply the procedure for same if it is possible to claim.

No, there is no such provision under Gratuity Act.
Company is liable to pay you gratuity only when your are leaving the job and have completed five years of continuous services with them.
