What do we called last drawan salary i had one client and client had received gratuity amount i thought like last drawan salary means whenever client leaving employment he received last month salary, weather it is right or wrong.

You're right! Last drawn salary would be the salary that was drawn before the employee leaving the organization (equate it to monthly)
