What is the maximum value allowed as per the RBI Rules for Export Replacement through GR Wavier letter. Is there any reference of Notification?

03 October 2012 Grant of GR waiver
(i) AD Banks may consider requests for grant of GR waiver from exporters for export of goods free of cost, for export promotion up to 2 per cent of the average annual exports of the applicant during the preceding three financial years subject to a ceiling of Rs.5 lakhs. For status holder exporters, the limit as per the present Foreign Trade Policy is Rs.1 0 lakhs or 2 per cent of the average annual export realisation during the preceding three licensing years
(April-March), whichever is higher.
