please ask me it is better to join a state Govt. job in contract basis? and what is the possibilty to get permanent?Its urgent please help me..my email id is sharat.c1@gmail.com

there is no guarantee...past few months there have been a lot of protests for getting permanent job for contracted employees. however as on today there are hundreds and thousands of contracted employees who have been on contract for years.
