Can a govt. employee be appointed as a Director in a pvt. ltd Co.????

A Government Employee cannot hold any other assignment except Govt. Service. He also cannot hold any other post. Since Director of a copy is in violation of employment rules, he cannot be appointed as an director in any company.
If the financial institution finances any company than he can be nominated as a director on behalf of the financial institution or bank in case of large fiance.
