In which condition goodwill account will be opened and then we willwrite off ???? Why cant we adjustment through capital accounts of partners.?????

In the existing business which is 3 to 4 years old when a new partner is admitted a Goodwill account is created and the same is closed by adjusting the capital of the old partners and new partners.
