can a loss making company show Goodwill in there balance sheet? if yes or no plzz specify

Yes, a loss making company can have goodwill. Goodwill is not just the reputation but any intangible advantage that a company enjoys over its competitors. Just because it is making losses temporarily does not mean that it has no goodwill. When Honda started making cars in India it was a loss making company for many years.
