Hello,
We have GST no in Odisha and we have some branches in Bihar but we are not registerd in Bihar. Now we purchase some equipment with our GST no and want to transfered them to Bihar.
Kindly suggest that is there any requirement for Waybill or we can transfer goods with GST Invoice?

yes you have to raise the invoice with GST i.e., (IGST) for other state, only once condition if invoice cross more than 50,000/- and crossed 50 kms E Way bill have to raise and for your another branch you don't have a GST number ITC (Input Tax Credit) not to taken in that branch.

As the vendor is from same state (Odisha), he raised state GST bill against our GST no.

yes will do, if the vendor have no GST Number then the filing will be B2C Concept at the time of filing that is Branch to Consumer, if the vendor has registered and having GST number then it will be B2B concept
