IF THE EXCISEABLE UNIT WANT TO REMOVE GOODS FOR EXHIBITION WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTS.

18 May 2012 The procedure us tedious which involves execution of bind etc. It is advisable to clear goods to the exhibition after payment of duty, and taking recredit under Rule 16 of Central Excise Rules when the goods are returned to the factory.
