This is my fourth attempt in May 2017, I have not passed ca final exams in my third attempt. Following marks scored in all subjects :
Accounts 52
SFM 31
Audit 40
Law 36
AMA 58
Isca 28
DT 42
IDT 56
so I should go for single group in may 17 or both

Based on November 2016 score card, it appears you are better off to focus on Second Group. You seem to have scored good marks in Costing which is a nightmare for majority of CA Students, well done...!!!
ISCA is like a bumper or pauper paper, so you may have to do your bit and leave rest to almighty. Taxation for both under Direct and Indirect you need to study from Finance Act, 2016, so you will be reasonably well off to write something afresh considering the amendments.
My view focus group wise, clear off Group two this time and next group one. Wish you best of luck.
