My articleship has been registered on 04/03/2012 and then i have taken transfer and registration under the new employer has been on 14/07/2012. Kindly make me know which rule of GMCS training is applicable to me? Old or the new one...??

22 October 2012 Articles registered after 1.5.2012 shall have to undergo newly introduced GMCS-I withing 12 months of their Articles registration. In your case, the registration is on 04.03.2012 hence you will come under old guidelines.You are not required to undergo GMCS-I.
