I have done this program when it was organised in Jaipur and the duration was three months.
The main take away points were:
1. Strong Network: Today I know 100s of CAs throughout the country coming from different backgrounds, faiths and thoughts. I can ask any one to get my professional work done anywhere in India.
2. Quality Interaction with top of the best: Top of the best here means Top executives from Best of companies. We had CEOs and CFOs of top companies, Directors and Partners of top firms delivering lectures for us. You learn a lot from the vast experiences they share with us.
3. Rare Interaction with the top of the academia: We had faculty from IIMs (Ahmedabad, Calcutta and Lucknow), teaching us about Organisations, Management and dos and dont's in organisations.
4. And the most important for CAs: You have not seen properly how the college life is. Mainly because you joined CA just after 12th and did B.Com through correspondence. Here you have chance to live the college life and make friends. For your info even after 8 years of the program today, our group organizes get together every year, where we come with our families, leave the work for 2-3 days and enjoy life.
