19 May 2016 Dear Sir, I have registered for GMCS II, which requires NOC from principal. the issue is ,my article ship finished on 26-04-2016 but completion form haven't submitted yet. Should I still required to take NOC from my principal for GMCS starting from 23-05-2016. thanks in advance plz reply fast

20 May 2016 If your principal has signed the termination form, then you can submit its copy instead of NOC. Else you'll have to submit NOC.
