Dear Sir,
I have registered for GMCS II, which requires NOC from principal. the issue is ,my article ship finished on 26-04-2016 but completion form haven't submitted yet. Should I still required to take NOC from my principal for GMCS starting from 23-05-2016.

If your principal has signed the termination form, then you can submit its copy instead of NOC. Else you'll have to submit NOC.
