http://www.wirc-icai.org/noticeboard-detail.aspx?id=389 this notice says: he registration for the below mentioned GMCS-1 Batches are for those students pursuing their articleship in Mumbai, who have completed 12 months of articleship in May 2013, June 2013, July, August, September 2013 and for those students who will be completing 12 months of articleship in October and November 2013. Hence it is advised that only such students register online for these batches.
