i have cleared ipce both grps may 2013, when do i have to register myself for gmcs

u can register now for GMCS-1 in first year of your articleship and later before u enroll for membership when u clear ca final.

this notice says:
he registration for the below mentioned GMCS-1 Batches are for those students pursuing their articleship in Mumbai, who have completed 12 months of articleship in May 2013, June 2013, July, August, September 2013 and for those students who will be completing 12 months of articleship in October and November 2013. Hence it is advised that only such students register online for these batches.
this notice says:

yes then within 1 year u need to complete gmcs-1 if u start ur articleship after 1.5.2012.
