15 April 2013 What if GMCS 1 is not Done within 1 year of articleship registration due non availability of seats.Please Help !!!

15 April 2013 ICAI is saying has to complete GMCS -1 in the first year of articleship training but it doesn't indicated any consequences for non completion of GMCS-1 with in one year of articleship. However i also thinking no problem will arises if not GMCS-1 Not completed with in one year.

Not only you many of the students have the same doubt. So i thinking for this doubt ICAI shall answer correct.

So my suggestion is please post your query at e-sahayaataa for this issue and ask the ICAI for the consequence to failure of completion GMCS-1 with in one year of articleship training period.
And please post the response and answer of ICAI after receipt of the answer from ICAI.
