SIR DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES I WAS NOT ABLE TO REGISTER MYSELF FOR GMCS IN JUNE 2012 AND M NOT GETTING SEAT NOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
