Giving consultancy fees without deducting tds

I want to know whether there is any way by which a Pvt Ltd company can give consultancy or professional fees to an individual without deducting any tds. Every month the company gives 21,000/- as consultancy charges to that person.

18 November 2019 Payment of cinsultancy charges come under 194 J - Professional o technical services under section 194 J. The TDS will have to be deducted @ 10% if the charges exceeds Rs.30000/- per month. the TDS is to be deducted at the time of making payment or accounting which ever is earlier. if consultancy charges is paid without TDS exceeding threshold limit. it will be dis allowed. More over interest is to be paid from the due date of payment till the date of making payment .
