15 June 2020 Payment for medical treatment by trust & ,& non related individuals made for treatment of my husband directly to hospital
Exceeds Rs 50k is it liable to tax in the hand of my husband? Will it make any difference if given to my husband in chq and he paid to hospital and medicine after discharge?
