Gift from Brother

That the assessee has taken a loan 1200000/-(interest free) from his brother and another 1400000/- from brother wife and also Rs. 2000000/- from Nephew since f.y. 2004-05. Now all want it will be convert in his Capital as Gift . Is it possible?
