A user asked if a gift deed could be backdated after a cheque payment was made to children during lockdown, as the deed wasn't executed at the time. Parents has given gift to his children in February by cheque but deed was not executed due to lockdown and other issues. Can we execute back dated deed now? or else what is solution as money is already transferred.
