26 September 2020 Parents has given gift to his children in February by cheque but deed was not executed due to lockdown and other issues.
Can we execute back dated deed now? or else what is solution as money is already transferred.

26 September 2020 No gift deed required for cheque payment. Give a confirmation letter with cheque number with amount.
